This is not a get fit quick site, nor is it a direct how-to guide on completely changing your busy everyday routine to get healthy. However, if you follow along this site, you will find ways to implement changes to what you already do each day. Eventually creating big changes in your overall health and well-being.
I am not the biggest expert on nutrition or fitness, however I am passionate about creating a healthier world. I have read a new book on health every week for the past year. I pieced together the information and research that I receive in these books for myself and you all, in hopes of drowning out all of the misleading and false information given to us about losing weight and getting fit each day.
